  • You must not use our platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to fraud, spam, or violating advertising platform policies.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable advertising guidelines from Google, Meta, and Snapchat when using our services.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Services are available on a subscription basis, with fees specified at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary based on the plan you choose and the features included.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, impressions, clicks, or conversions from your marketing campaigns.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our platform or other users.
  • You may terminate your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your campaign data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
